Everything from the downhill skier coming down a mountain to the bicep arm and all in between have not only looked fantastic but tasted delicious. I am so glad I met Christina! After a tasting consultation, my husband and I both felt we had to choose Christina to create our wedding cake. We felt she was caring, passionate and ambitious. She really took the time to understand us, our concept and what we were looking for. 
We decided to have two flavours. One was a vanilla sponge with a white chocolate ganache and a berry filling. The other was a lemon sponge with blueberry buttercream. Both of which were heaven and looked so pretty when cutting the cake.  
Christina decorated the cake with a range of blue and white flowers – the roses looked incredibly real, however were made with fondant icing. 
Christina is fantastic with flavours and has had some impressive training during her cooking career – I can’t recommend her enough. Since meeting her I’ve bought friends biscuits, Easter treats and birthday cakes. Sophie
